Step 2* - Tell us what you thinks is wrong with your watch:

Step 3* - Upload pictures showing what you think is wrong with your watch.

Step 4 - Upload a scan of your receipt / proof of purchase. This step is not mandatory, but it will allow us to handle your repair request as quickly as possible.
